Payments

A deposit of 25% of the total price will be charged at the time of booking.

The remaining balance (75%) is payable 7 days prior to arrival.

This deposit policy applies to direct bookings only.

The room will be reserved once the deposit payment is received in our bank account.

Cancellation Policy

Guests can change their booking dates free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.

In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

The reservation is valid until 19:00 on the day of arrival.

Refunds will be processed within 60 days, minus any bank transfer charges.

Check-in

Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 (self check-in available).

Arrivals outside these times might be possible upon prior request and depending on availability.

Please communicate your time of arrival at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

In case of a delay on the day of arrival, please notify us by text message.

At check-in, you will be asked for your identity document.

Check-out

Check-out is between 08:00 and 11:00.

Departures outside these times might be possible upon prior request and depending on availability. If the room is available and the guest wishes to have a late check-out until late in the evening, a charge of 50% of the daily room rate will apply.

Please leave the cottage in an orderly condition.

Return dishes, cups, and utensils to their proper cabinets and drawers in the kitchen.

Turn off the air conditioning and lights.

Return the keys so we can prepare the cottage for our next guests.

Damages

Guests commit to treating the cottages well.

Guests are responsible for paying for any repairs due to damage they have caused.

All damages must be reported immediately to the staff.

The accommodation is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.

Cleaning

We offer self-catering cottages, which means no daily full cleaning is provided.

For stays longer than 5 nights, we offer a change of bed linen and towels as well as cleaning every 3 days.

The white towels provided in the cottages cannot be used at the beach.

Air Conditioning

Please keep all windows and doors closed when the air conditioner is turned on.

This will keep the cool air inside the room and keep the temperature moderate.

Do not leave the air conditioner on when you are not in the cottage.

Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted on the verandas/terrace; however, please respect other guests who do not smoke.

Smoking is not allowed inside Marini Traditional Cottages.

Quiet Hours

Marini Traditional Cottages provide a peaceful vacation location.

Please respect common rules of quietness, especially during afternoon, evening, and night hours.

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate termination of your contract.

Quiet hours are observed from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.

Keep voices low and refrain from playing loud music.

Parties are not allowed.

Food & Breakfast

Please note that Marini Traditional Cottages do not offer any food or breakfast services.

Guests are encouraged to utilize the self-catering facilities available in each cottage.

There are several local grocery stores and markets nearby where you can purchase supplies.

Additionally, numerous cafes and restaurants in the town of Aegina offer a variety of dining options.

Delivery services from local cafes and restaurants are also available for your convenience.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at Marini Traditional Cottages.

Please note that we have friendly pets residing in our central courtyard. Our pets, including Celia, Annika, Phoivos, and our lovely cats, are eager to welcome you.

Car & Motorbike Rental

We can assist you with car and motorbike rental services.

The vehicle can be delivered to Marini Traditional Cottages or to the port.

Please have your passport and driver’s license ready for verification.

Insurance & Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum insured amounts in our policy.

Do not leave personal belongings in the cottages. Marini Traditional Cottages is not responsible for any loss or damage and is not liable for compensation.

We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance.
